Daikin Air Purifier Terms and Conditions

• Returning items:
  Before returning and item you must advise us in writing by way of email, letter or fax and must be returned in a re-saleable condition
  We will pay for defective/damaged returns but should you simply not like the item and wish to return it will be your responsibility to arrange the return and pay all return carriage charges. It is advisable when returning the items that the items are insured against loss or damage. there will be a charge applicable and this is available upon request depending on the item to be returned. The item must be returned in an unused condition with all original packaging, together with a valid receipt or other proof of purchase.
• Items are to be returned at your cost unless you can establish to the satisfaction of AirControl Systems the item purchased was damaged or faulty when you received it.
• Before returning the machine please contact AirControl Systems on 01225 752494. When returning the item you must not use brown packing tape, duct tape or any other sealing tape other than clear Sellotape otherwise the item will be considered second hand
• Should the item have been used then the item will be deemed as second hand and therefore an agreed amount will be deducted from any refunds.
• Your statutory rights are not affected.

Prices & Payment

• You must acknowledge that AirControl Systems is not the manufacturer of the Goods. We will however endeavour to transfer to you the benefit of any warranty or guarantee given by the manufacturer or supplier of the goods.
• The manufacturer may offer free inspection and repair for all products that develop a fault, not caused by accident, misuse or neglect, within the manufacturers guarantee period.
• Daikin air purifiers are covered under a 3-year parts & labour warranty. This warranty is valid within the United Kingdom and Southern Ireland. Daikin Air Purifiers sold to all other European countries are covered under a 2-year warranty. Daikin or there service agents shall be responsible for honouring this warranty.
